At this time in our lives, many of us want to earn extra income. Our 401K’s and other stock holdings are in the tank, companines are laying off people and our own bank could be the next one to fail. Some of us have pulled our money out of Mutual Funds, individual stocks and even banks. There is much disposalable income from mandadory IRA withdrawals and people don’t know what to do with it.

I believe there is a lot of money is just sitting is peoples’ houses, in a safe or in a suitcase. It may be in a freezer and under the proverbial mattress. It is a sad and precarious situation because the government is lying to us about the real rate of inflation. They are lying right to our faces, and they will continue to do so as long as we let them. You and I are not stupid. We KNOW inflation is constantly ravaging the money we earn as well as that which we feel we have to horde.

One thing we ALL should be focusing on right now, is getting a high rate of return on our investments. We need a high ROI not just to offset the rate of inflation, but to greatly exceed it and produce a significant, residual-income, cash flow. In these times, would it not be highly beneficial to own a real business asset, producing real passive income? It would be even better if this business asset would INCREASE in market value over time. Plus, would it not be wise to have our own business structured to benefit from every tax advantage available?
